The PPF Women’s Sport Committee was established in 2022 with the aim of improving the experience of being an elite female player, no matter what stage of their professional pathway they are on. The committee helps player associations to work collaboratively to understand the specific services and support needed by female players and share information which will help develop opportunities.
In 2026, we carried out some member research which established that female players now make up nearly 10% of the overall membership of the PPF. Find out more about the rapid increase in female players and the support that's provided to them.
