The RPA has today launched its Impact AND Insights Report 2025-26, showcasing the work of the Association across the men’s, women’s and retired game over the past season.
Now in its third edition, the annual report brings together player insight, key areas of RPA activity and examples of how the collective player voice is helping to shape the future of professional rugby in England.
This year’s report places a particular focus on the insight gathered directly from players and the action it has helped drive across areas including player welfare, representation, personal development and support for life beyond rugby.
It also highlights the continued growth of Gain Line and Thrive, the RPA’s work to develop future leaders and coaches, support for retired players, and the impact of Restart, the official players’ charity of PREM Rugby and Premiership Women’s Rugby.
